Customer information
Customers who register with us are required to give us contact information, such as their name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the school grade and subjects to use the services provided by Catalyze Center. We also receive and may store certain types of information whenever you interact with us.
Catalyze Center uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for our customers. We may also use the information to contact customers to discuss areas of customer interest pertaining to our company, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding events and promotions that will directly benefit the customer. Customer email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. The e-mail address provided by the customer during registration will be used to communicate the login names, password as well as any other information that will help with the progress of the student such as regular updates on the student’s progress, assignments, PTA meetings etc.
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service.
This billing information is not used by Catalyze center for marketing or promotional purposes. Catalyze center uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary uses the information for the sole purpose of credit card processing and customer will have to comply by the terms of use of the credit card processing intermediary.
Business relationships
CCL has a number of business relationships with whom we may share your personal information for the purpose of providing a service, fulfilling an order or completing a transaction. For example, we use certain vendors for the purpose of providing credit card transaction and check processing services. These vendors verify your purchase information, such as credit card number or checking account number, and authorize your transaction. In doing so, they have access to data about users, but they are prohibited from using this information for any other purpose. We also strongly urge you to read the privacy policy of such business partners at their website.
Information Security
Our relationship with our customers is of prime importance to us and so are security issues. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Membership and Billing
Billing
Clients will be billed for the use of tutoring facility offered by CCL. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. Payment may also be done by checks or through pay pal.
The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription period, and has to be paid for 6 months or one year in advance. The billing cycle will depend on the type of plan you have selected to subscribe and special packages are available for advance payments. For example, if you have bought a six month subscription, you will be billed at the beginning of the subscription and subsequently after that at the same billing cycle. Any changes to the fees will be intimated in advance by e-mail. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
Pricing
CCL reserves the right to change prices without advance notice and to offer promotions periodically to certain group of customers and thus not available to all customers. Prices will not rise during the current month of subscription but can change for subsequent months or test prep packages.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to CCL at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. Fees however will not be refunded. To cancel, contact us at 94870 27880
Conduct
You may only access the site and use the Company Content and the Services for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the Services. You agree that you will not solicit any personal information from any tutor, and agree that if any tutor ever discloses such information to you, asks you for any personal information, or suggests any offline meeting or conversation, the student or parents of the student agree to report this immediately in writing and over the phone.
Limitations on Use
Individuals under the age of 18 may utilize CCL’s service, only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Unless otherwise specified, the content on the CCL Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use. CCL offers you a limited access to the website for that purpose. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the CCL Web site without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use of the CCL Web site or its contents will terminate the limited license granted by us.
